WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

your holiday at our hotel

CHECK IN: 
From 3 pm. If you are not going to have dinner on your day of arrival, please inform us in advance.

CHECK-OUT:
By 10 am. Late check-out subject to availability, on request and with an extra fee.

BOOKING:
We only accept booking in writing. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of an advance payment of 40% of the total price. We will send you a firm booking confirmation in writing. The advance payment can be made by bank transfer.

PETS:
Small pets are allowed on request only in summer. Animals do not have access to common rooms. The fee for pets is € 20.00 / day (excluding food).

MEALS:
There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests.

SMOKING:
Only outdoors. In case of non-compliance with the non-smoking policy, we will charge an extra cleaning fee of € 100.00.



CANCELLATION TERMS:

  • No cancellation fee applies if the guest notifies us in writing at least 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date.
  • If the guest cancels between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival, we will charge 40% of the total booking value.
  • 90% of the total booking value will be charged if the guest cancels between 6 and 2 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the amount specified in our firm confirmation will be charged in case the guest requests the cancellation one day before the arrival.
  • During peak season, we will charge 100% of the total booking value for no-shows and early departure regardless of the date of cancellation.
  • In accordance with the Italian hotel regulations, 100% of the day rate as per booking order will be charged in case of cancellations on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure or in case of booked but unused rooms.
