The best start
Start your day with a generous breakfast buffet. Enjoy homemade jams and spreads, South Tyrolean cured meats and cheeses, crusty breads and pastries, a variety of yogurts and cereals, fruit juices, fruit arrangements, and regional organic produce. We prepare fried, scrambled, or hard-boiled eggs, always fresh.
Dinner
The culinary highlight of the day is the 4-course gourmet menu with large salad and vegetable buffet. Ladin and international specialities are on our menu every day.
