The best start
For a good start to the day, a large breakfast buffet with homemade jams and spreads, South Tyrolean sausage and cheese specialities, crusty bread and sweet pastries, various yoghurts and mueslis, juices, fresh fruit and organic products from the region is waiting for you. Fried, scrambled or boiled eggs are freshly prepared in our show kitchen.
Dinner
The culinary highlight of the day is the 4-course gourmet menu with large salad and vegetable buffet. Ladin and international specialities are on our menu every day.
We will be happy to meet your specific needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes on request.
We will advise you personally when choosing the wine with focus on local specialities.
