A yoga retreat with Cristina is a wonderful opportunity to relax, unwind and treat yourself as you pause from the busy daily life and spend time in nature to re-connect and re-charge yourself. You will enjoy sharing these days with like minded people.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, there are few ways to feel more alive and happy than by breathing crisp mountain air as you make your way down the many different slopes with a backdrop of stunning mountains and blue skies.

We create balance to the exciting fun filled days on the mountain with daily yoga practices that will support and inspire you for your personal practice on and off the mat.

The days begin with a 60 min dynamic Vinyasa flow session to warm up the muscles and awaken our spirits for a day on the slopes. When we return in the afternoon we will nourish those well-worked muscles with a long & mindful practice of restorative Yin Yoga.

Each class will provide modifications and options for all levels, so don’t hesitate to come if you are a beginner, we are experienced to keep everyone gently challenged and happy.

Round up your experience with the wonderful  treatments at the Sky Wellness Area in the Hotel and with the delicious healthy meals daily.
